2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to book a Service. If you are booking on behalf of a business or another individual, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments may be booked through the Site, by phone, text, or email.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Crystal Clear Detail.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your address, vehicle details, and preferred service time.
• Access to the vehicle and a nearby power/water source (where required for the service) must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices for Services are listed on the Site or quoted directly and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., membership plans).
• We accept the payment methods indicated at booking or on-site. Declined or failed payments may result in delayed or canceled service.
• Membership plans, if applicable, are billed on a recurring basis according to the terms presented at sign-up and may be canceled per the applicable membership terms.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Crystal Clear Detail reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, technician availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and offer a new appointment time.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from the vehicle prior to service.
• Crystal Clear Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear (including but not limited to paint defects, upholstery damage, cracked trim, or prior scratches) that exists before service begins. We recommend documenting your vehicle's condition prior to appointments.
• Certain services (e.g., paint correction, ceramic coating) may reveal pre-existing imperfections that cannot be fully corrected; this will be communicated where possible before service begins.
• We reserve the right to decline service on vehicles in extreme states of disrepair, biohazard conditions, or where safe service delivery is not possible.

7. Service Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

• We take reasonable care in performing all Services using professional-grade products and equipment.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Clear Detail, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a Service is limited to the amount paid for that specific Service.
• Any concerns about service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so we can address them.

8. Photos & Marketing

Crystal Clear Detail may photograph or video vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes (including social media). Personally identifying information (e.g., license plates, faces) will be reasonably obscured where practical. If you do not want your vehicle featured in marketing content, please notify us prior to your appointment.

9. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages and/or phone calls from Crystal Clear Detail, LLC at the number provided. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service follow-ups, and promotional or marketing offers.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and interactions with us.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
• We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your wireless carrier or device.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission.
• All content on the Site (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of Crystal Clear Detail, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Referral Program

If you participate in our "Refer a Friend" program, additional terms and conditions specific to that program will apply and will be made available at the time of referral.
